Description
### Issue
Track and Line types of Built Systems are not defined PDTs therefore PSets relating to these systems are linked via USERDEFINED with a note in the documentation.
### Solution
it is resolved as part of the GU or the MVD encoding to specify the use of PSet_BuiltSystemTypeTrack and PSet_BuiltSystemTypeLine must be accompanied by the respective User defined types: TRACK and LINE in the ObjectType Attribute.
