I noticed that some properties don't have a given type, but should have one given. E.g.: the Property `Reference` in the Property Set `Pset_CivilElementCommon` should be of type `IfcLabel`:
But in the official IFC file this is missing:
After discussing with @SergejMuhic the problem could come from https://github.com/bSI-InfraRoom/IFC-Specification/blob/develop/IFC4x3/Properties/r/Reference_2KCLcfF8r35gUW6qE2nkg0/DocProperty.xml.
