Description
The basic problem seems to be that two separate properties were merged into one.
Adressing the 3rd point of #269.
"Specifies if the width is measured to the RIGHT or to the LEFT of the curve referenced by the placement, or if the same value is applied to BOTH sides."
Propose to change to "Specifies if the measure is to the RIGHT or to the LEFT of the curve referenced by the placement, or if the same value is applied to BOTH sides."
