Pset_PrecastConcreteElementGeneral has a property named CamberAtMidspan defined as
> The camber deflection, measured from the midpoint of a cambered face of a piece to the midpoint of the chord joining the ends of the same face, as shown in the figure below, divided by the original (nominal) straight length of the face of the piece.
The definition is not specific regarding when the camber is measured or the source of the camber.
Is this the natural camber due to eccentric pretensioning? If so, when is it measured? At release? at the end of storage/time of transport? long term after creep, shrinkage, and other time-dependent effects have occurred?
