Make the website at wccargo.com point to the correct Tracking Services page

This is a custom-built website, and every page it contains which directs a link to

http://wccargo.com/tracking.html

needs to link to

http://tracking.wccargo.com/com.wccargo.tracking/index.html

instead. This should be merely editing of HTML files, hopefully.

Search the website's HTML files for links to http://wccargo.com/tracking.html. Update every occurrence to http://tracking.wccargo.com/com.wccargo.tracking/index.html, then verify that no pages still contain the old URL and that the replacement links are present.
