Change in pathname to allow solution sharing

Currently, the TXT files are created in the pico-engine's "public\data" folder.

We would prefer that they were created in a folder named for this project, such as "public\wccargo" or maybe "public\wctrak".

This would allow other companies running on the same file server to share a single pico-engine.

Search the rulesets and project files for where TXT files are written to the pico-engine's public\data folder. Confirm the desired project-specific directory and verify that newly created files use that pathname without affecting other file-server users.
