Modify colors, fonts etc?

Hey,

It would be nice to have some more control over the colors and fonts used in the converted output.
Could you add flags to allow the user to set e.g. the color of the background, the lines, the dots in the middle and so fourth?
Also it might be pretty handy to specifiy a font etc.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the conversion path and command-line flag handling, then determine how output colors, line and dot styling, and fonts are currently defined. Done means users can control the requested visual properties through documented flags.
