Errors during bootstrap procedure

Hi,

using aztfmod/rover:1.4.6-2305.1807

we are starting from scratch to ignite a complete greenfield environment.
We started using the [caf-terraform-landingzones-platform-starter](https://github.com/Azure/caf-terraform-landingzones-platform-starter/tree/main) repo as starting point and follow the getting started documentation https://github.com/Azure/caf-terraform-landingzones-platform-starter/blob/main/getting-started/gihub.md

Unfortunately the documentation is not up to date and we encountered multiple errors, which we were able most of them to work around.

We don't know if the errors are due bugs in this repo or in the caf terraform landingzone repo.
We created an issue also there: https://github.com/Azure/caf-terraform-landingzones/issues/470

If possible we are open to have a call to walkthrough this together.

Start by comparing the bootstrap steps in getting-started/gihub.md with the errors reported for aztfmod/rover:1.4.6-2305.1807, then review the related caf-terraform-landingzones issue #470 to separate repository problems. Done means the errors are reproduced, attributed to the correct repository, and the getting-started procedure is updated or the required fixes are documented.
