### Current Behaviour

Quest [A Chip Off the Ulduar Block](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=13681)is missing [small stone block object](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?object=194463) and [Jack Me Some Lumber](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?quest=13627) is missing [crystalsong-oak](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=33308) for the quest to be completed

### Expected Behaviour

small-stone-block should be in the storm peaks and when the quest provided item Goblin Chisel is used , players should get 1 or 2 [small stone blocks](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?item=45278)

Crystalsong Oak should be in crystalsong Forest and when the quest provided item Lumberjack's Axe is used, players should get 2x [Rough Hewn Plank](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?item=45045) with a chance to spawn an [Angry Oak Spirit](https://wowgaming.altervista.org/aowow/?npc=33947)

Start by reproducing the report with `.quest add 13627` and checking NPC 33308, then inspect the quest, object, and NPC data for quests 13627 and 13681. Done means the small stone block is available in Storm Peaks and yields 1–2 small stone blocks with Goblin Chisel, while Crystalsong Oak yields two Rough Hewn Planks and can spawn Angry Oak Spirit when Lumberjack’s Axe is used.
