### Current Behaviour

The Emblem of Conquest, Triumph, and Frost Quartermasters originally didn't exist until their related patches. They are pretty much redundant until their related patches anyway as all their items cost badges (currency) that is released on their related patch.

### Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Go to Dalaran
2. Go to Emblem vendors location
3. See vendors present who exist in future patches.

### Extra Notes

This to me seems to be the intended behaviour anyway. For example, if we look at this NPC in Chromiecraft:

You can see in the image that she currently does not have her Triumph / Frost emblem gear for sale. So to me the vendors listed above shouldn't be visible until their related patches.
