CC - Orb of Naxxramas needs to removed or disabled for the earlier brackets.

### Current Behaviour

Orb of Naxxramas in the entrence of Naxxramas was added later.
The point of this orb is to do skip runs and go direcly to Sapp>KT.

Working as intended. And should be there in 3.3.5,
But should not be there in the release on live server.

### Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Added in later phase to make skip runs to sapp and kt, probebly a reason was so people easier could get the key to EoE from sapp.
