[Suggestion] New folder to store optional QoL queries and other special queries.

For example: https://github.com/azerothcore/mod-progression-system/pull/279 shouldn't be added to the main folder.
This query should be ran manually like opening the Dark Portal.

Other files could be QoL changes that only need to be ran once. Such as ZG and AQ tokens being tradeable.

No file, test, or entry point is named. Inspect the repository's existing query layout and the files associated with pull request 279, then determine how optional one-time queries such as the ZG and AQ token change should be separated from the main folder and manually identified.
