Description

If you use a costume, then remove it. it seems to linger in the background for while before it "expires" (making it go on cd) and if you use another costume, it will be removed when the costume used before gets "expired" from system message

Research direction

No source files or tests are named. First reproduce the sequence described—use one costume, remove it, wait for expiry, then use another—and trace the module’s expiration and removal handling; done means the later costume remains active after the earlier one expires.
