Arena Spectate is missing leave arena button

### Current Behaviour

When using the .sp sp command to spectate arenas, the minimap button to leave arena is missing. You can leave by typing /g .sp leave, but it would be easier with the minimap button.

Having a button to leave arena when spectating.

1. Open 3 wow client
2. type /debug arena and join skirmish arena with 2 characters
3. with the third char, use spectate with .sp .sp command
4. try to leave using minimap button, there's none.

Start by reproducing the listed arena-spectating flow with the .sp command and inspect the minimap UI shown while spectating. Compare that state with the normal arena leave control; the work is done when a leave-arena button is available to spectators and performs the expected leave action.
