Description

Refering to: https://github.com/azerothcore/Keira3/releases/tag/v3.9.0

Currently you only can make a creature_formation and not see (existing ones).

This is the exception when you create them via Keira.

You can see Crimson Monk (the leader) of entry: 11043 has nothing visisble

but it exists (in the world)

When making adding a new formation (with a new creature added to the world) it allowed me to add a formation (this case to the monk) when the creature itself was a gallant.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Keira3 using an existing creature formation such as Crimson Monk (entry 11043), then compare it with a newly created formation. Check the creature-formation view and its data-loading or validation entry points; done means existing formations are visible and a formation cannot be assigned to the wrong creature.
