[Question] - Intregation of Labeler YML for PR

I don't know how hard or if it makes sense to implement it.

But following the same thought of Azerothcore-wotlk ([here](https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/blob/master/.github/labeler.yml)) when someone opening a PR could auto-label the tags depending on the file(s) changed.

Start by reviewing the referenced .github/labeler.yml in Azerothcore-wotlk and compare its approach with the automation currently used by Keira3. Clarify which file-based labels and rules are wanted, then define how the behavior would be validated on a pull request.
