Description
Currently, as an example loot tables, the item list is in the same window as the input section and buttons like delete row and execute query. It would be a nice feature to seperate the lists into their own window so your buttons always stay at the top of the screen and your lists is scrollable seperate. That way when your looking at the list and deleting or adjusting items you select, you wont have to scroll all the way down then all the way up back and forth causing you to have to always relocate your place in the list you are working on. This goes beyond just loot, there are other areas that would benefit from this as well.

Research direction
The issue names loot tables and other areas with lists, input sections, and action buttons, but no files, components, or tests. Start by locating the loot-table screen and comparing similar list-based screens. Done means the lists scroll independently while the input and action controls remain visible, consistently across the affected areas.
