Add Issue Template for Bug, Feature, and Enhancement, etc

Description:
Currently, the repository does not have a standard issue template. This makes it a bit difficult for contributors to report bugs, suggest new features, or request enhancements in a consistent format.

Proposed Solution:
Add an Issue Template inside .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/issue_template.md.
The template should allow users to categorize their issue as:
Bug
Feature Request
Enhancement
Documentation

Include sections like Description, Steps to Reproduce (for bugs), Expected Behavior, Suggested Solution, and Additional Context.

Benefits:
Helps maintainers quickly identify the type of issue.
Improves clarity for contributors.
Makes the project more contributor-friendly.
