Description
Currently, the Navbar of the EdgeX web app looks functional but lacks consistency and modern UI polish. Some components appear misaligned and spacing is uneven. Improving the Navbar will greatly enhance the overall look and usability of the application
Proposed Enhancements:
Adjust alignment & spacing of navbar items for better balance.
Ensure accessibility compliance (contrast, focus states, ARIA attributes).

More polished and professional-looking UI.
