User dictionaries partially functional

User dictionaries are only partially functional right now. Deleting entries at key level works but not at lemma level. Adding concatenated entries does not seem to work.

Something wrong occurs when reading coded data, but I am not able to find what. I must give up for the moment.

For this reason, we cannot uncomment multilevel tva tests.

If anybody could have a look, it would be great.
