cargo-dist : WARN skipping shell installer

**Describe the bug**
Got a warning after cargo dist init

**Location of the bug**

- [ ] Somewhere else

**To Reproduce**
1. Launch `cargo dist init --hosting=axodotdev --hosting=github`
2. Answer the questions
4. See the warn message

**Expected behavior**
No warn message I suppose :)

**Additional context**
I used an old cargo-dist 0.2.0 version with this project, to test Oranda.

Don't know if it's related but I also have an error on the web interface :


Oh ! And I changed my github username from `haruka-repos` to `haruka-7`.

Start by reproducing the warning with `cargo dist init --hosting=axodotdev --hosting=github` and the reported project context, then inspect how the shell installer is handled during initialization. Done should mean the warning is either removed when the installer is supported or clearly explained when skipping it is expected.
