Oranda doesn't show install options

I'm using oranda in the project [mc](https://github.com/thewh1teagle/mc) along with cargo-dist. but in the website it doesn't show the powershell command to install it, only in the github release readme.

Looks like cargo-dist is updated. so it doesn't take it from `dist-workspace.toml`
