UI: Commit and notes forms

We need to differentiate between the commit form and the note form, and add affordances to show the note has been saved.

The UI components for this may be taken care of via Sunfish and then ported here through Fringe.

Start by comparing the commit and note forms in the UI, then check whether Sunfish has relevant components that can be ported through Fringe. Done means the two forms are clearly differentiated and the note form provides an affordance showing that the note was saved; verify both flows in the UI.
