Progress bar in shell / wget installer templates

Just hopped wagon from the python world, UV a amazing suite of tools for python project management uses cargo dist for their packages. I was just wondering if you guys are open to PRs to add progress bar in the shell / wget installers. I know it's a small tweak but visually meaningful.
