Homebrew Private Repos

Curious if there is any interest in a PR that adds a config and some additional code so that we can use homebrew in private github repos?

The use case is that we build tools internally and it would be convenient to be able to distribute them internally for those who want an easy way to install with brew.

If there is interest I can take a crack at it.
