Description
Sometimes you might include extra apps in your github release so they're fetchable, but not want them to be highlighted. It might also be good to be able to rename the app/heading.

Research direction
The issue concerns how cargo-dist presents apps in GitHub releases, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. First inspect the release configuration and generated GitHub release output to find where apps are selected and headings are labeled. Done means extra apps remain fetchable while selection and displayed names can be controlled.
