Registering Put Trigger

In the base template when providing your own bucket I believe the template is not properly adding a put object trigger on the s3 bucket. The thing is when I try to add it manually it says the trigger is over lapping.

Review the repository's base template and reproduce deployment with a user-provided S3 bucket, then inspect the resulting put-object trigger configuration. The work is done when the template creates the intended trigger without an overlapping-trigger error or requiring manual addition.
