[Bug] "cmake" and "Live Preview" showing up when there is no cmake project (perhaps "Hide Group" if necessary)

I have a "Live Preview" group that has a single item in it that says "Run Server", I'm not sure where that's coming from? I also have a "cmake" group in my Web Project, where I have the cmake things 'clean', 'build', etc. If there's no way to detect if it's a cmake project, could you add a "Hide Group" option? (maybe right click, Hide Group).

Start by reproducing the issue in a VS Code Web Project and inspect how the Live Preview and cmake groups are discovered and displayed. Done means irrelevant groups no longer appear when their project type is absent, or users can hide a group as requested; the issue does not name a file or test to run.
