Description
This is blocked until there's a manual process in place for this.
We should develop a process for automatically adding updated CFTs (and any dependencies) to S3 when new versions of the Golden Pipeline are released.
This should also include version info, per #48 : Include some sort of VERSION information so that users know what version they are using
VERSION could also be useful info to include in the zipped output of the pipeline. golden-pipeline-repo-main-pipelinev1.tar.gz
