Now, your ddns lambda application is fully compatible with Mikrotik RouterOS 7
Mikrotik is only compatible witch sha-512 hashes and Mikrotik does not have an option to generate hash, but we can do with scripts.
Tested and work perfectly in my home.
I will post the solution in mikrotik forums.

Review the proposed index.py and dyndns.sh files alongside the existing Lambda and Route 53 entry points. Confirm how SHA-512 support should integrate with the current deployment and verify that the result works with MikroTik RouterOS 7; the issue's screenshots and external forum post are the only stated validation.
