Description

**Describe the bug**
From new pydeequ version > 1.2.0; the behavior of the following differ on check `isGreaterThanOrEqualTo`:
in old version this works:
```
.isGreaterThanOrEqualTo(
"cluster_size", "1", hint="Cluster should have a least one element"
)
```
but In new version, the function expect a column, and the following error is raised (in constraint message):
`Input data does not include column 1!`

**Expected behavior**
`isGreaterThanOrEqualTo` should be able to compare columns to literals
