Description

I have binary database connection files that I would like to prevent committing to source control. Is there a way to add a rule that matches based on filenames? Something like `*.sde`?

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. Start by tracing how git-secrets rules currently match file contents and how rules are configured or invoked; define done as reliably blocking files matching patterns such as *.sde, including binary files, while preserving existing content matching.
