Description
Currently we are leveraging the sigV4 sidecar with prometheus to send metrics to AMP (introduced in this CR https://github.com/awslabs/kubernetes-iteration-toolkit/pull/325). This can be removed going forward once we have the remote-write support in the upstream CL2 tests.

Start by reviewing CR #325 and the upstream CL2 test status to confirm that remote-write support is available for post-v1.26 tests. Then locate the sigV4 sidecar setup used by the Prometheus-to-AMP tests, remove it where that support applies, and verify the affected tests no longer depend on the sidecar.
