Description
- KIT Environment controlplane node doesn't have provider id in the kubernetes node spec. Karpenter provisioning nodes have provider id and usually any k8s node has provider-id. Some of the addon controllers rely on this field to work appropriately.

Research direction
Locate where the KIT Environment controlplane node is created and inspect the Kubernetes Node spec it produces. Compare it with Karpenter-provisioned nodes, then verify that the controlplane node includes a provider ID and that addon controllers relying on this field work appropriately.
