Kotlin Coroutine Support

We're looking to use Disco for HTTP header propagation in a Kotlin project. Reading the description of how the Agent works makes me concerned that it won't play nice with [Kotlin's coroutines](https://kotlinlang.org/docs/coroutines-overview.html).

Can you confirm that Disco works with Kotlin coroutines?
