Add unframed example bytes to Message Body doc

There already exists example for a regular frame and final frame. Add an example for an unframed message body.

Start in the Message Body documentation and review the existing examples for a regular frame and a final frame. Add a corresponding example showing the bytes for an unframed message body; the work is complete when that example is present and consistent with the surrounding examples.
