Description
Hello,
I can't seem to login at all, I'm providing the same start URL as I do in VS Code, but unlike this plugin, VS Code also requires the SSO Region, which is specified as "Identity Center AWS region" on my SSO start URL.
Isn't this parameter necessary, and if so, how to provide it to this plugin?
Thanks

Research direction
Start by tracing the plugin's login configuration and compare it with the VS Code flow described in the issue, focusing on how the Identity Center AWS region is supplied. Done means the plugin accepts that region alongside the SSO start URL and login succeeds for configurations that require it; no file or test is named in the issue.
