ERROR: Unable to download MultiLangDaemon

When I run:

bin/kcl-bootstrap --java /usr/bin/java -p ./samples/basic_sample/consumer/sample.properties -e
it gives me this error:

ERROR: Unable to download MultiLangDaemon jar files from maven: https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/software/amazon/kinesis/amazon-kinesis-client-multilang/1.15.1/amazon-kinesis-client-multilang-1.15.1.jar could not be downloaded: 404

Maven repo doesn't have amazon-kinesis-client-multilang

Start with bin/kcl-bootstrap and reproduce the command against the Maven URL shown in the report. Check the expected amazon-kinesis-client-multilang artifact and version, then verify that the basic sample command can download the required jar files without a 404.
