**Improvement Description**
Add a Traceloop-powered observability sample alongside the existing Braintrust walkthrough. The new tutorial lives under 06-AgentCore-observability/04-Agentcore-runtime-partner-observability and includes a Jupyter notebook plus accompanying agent file that instrument a Strands travel assistant with OpenLLMetry and stream spans to Traceloop. The notebook also highlights that the same wiring works for any OpenTelemetry-compatible sink (e.g., Traceloop, Datadog, Grafana Tempo, Honeycomb, Splunk) by swapping the OTLP endpoint and headers, aligning with the integrations catalog documented at https://traceloop.com/docs/openllmetry/integrations/introduction.
