Description

I'm unable to start any runtime (CPU or GPU). When I click "Start", I get:

> You can't use the project runtime because your account is associated with activity that may have violated our Service Terms.

I understand SageMaker Studio Lab is for personal, non-commercial learning and experimentation only, and I have not done any of the prohibited activities (no crypto mining, no account sharing, no commercial use). My usage was modest personal experimentation on studio lab using cpu — I occasionally used to train model, run some lightweight AI-agent experiments and so on, all within the free research quota. I couldn't use gpu resource for more than one year. I did not intend to violate the Service Terms.

I'd really appreciate it if you could review my account. If I did exceed a resource limit, I'll adjust my usage accordingly. Thank you.

Research direction

No repository file, test, or entry point is identified. This is an account-review request for SageMaker Studio Lab rather than a code change; the expected outcome is a service review and restoration or explanation of runtime access.
