Description

**Describe the bug**
The lab gets stuck midway and doesn't work, the kernel is always connecting, cant save and if I open project again it doesn't load at , just keeps buffering.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Midway thru the project it gets stuck

**Expected behavior**
The lab gets stuck midway and doesn't work, the kernel is always connecting, cant save and if I open project again it doesn't load at , just keeps buffering. shows the below eroro

"Server Connection Error
A connection to the Jupyter server could not be established. JupyterLab will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or Jupyter server configuration.
