Error while following the tutorial on Deploy A Hugging Face Pretrained Model to Amazon SageMaker Serverless Endpoint - Boto3

**Describe the bug**
Installation error while on the first step of the tutorial using Studio Lab (https://github.com/aws/studio-lab-examples/blob/main/connect-to-aws/Access_AWS_from_Studio_Lab_Deployment.ipynb)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Studio Lab terminal
2. Open Jupyter Notebook
3. run cell with: %pip install transformers==4.12
4. See error

**Expected behavior**
Installation of transformers package
