Clicking on download button does not download the (large) file

**Describe the bug**
I am clicking on the "Download" button of a large file (1.13GB), but it says that the download fails in the browser.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a large zip file (e.g. some model weights)
2. Click "Download" button in the interface

**Expected behavior**
A file being downloaded

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows
- Browser: Chrome and Edge
- Version [e.g. 22]: latest (I guess)

**Additional context**
I also tried to find some sort of workaround with github, but the file is to big for github.
It works for smaller files (-25GB)

No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the report. Reproduce the failure by creating a 1.13GB zip and clicking Download in Chrome or Edge on Windows, then trace the browser-facing download path; done means the large file downloads successfully while smaller-file downloads continue to work.
