The links on the preview page do not open despite clicks

**Describe the bug**
The links on the preview page on the SageMaker Studio Lab do not work.

For example: [Machine Learning University](https://studiolab.sagemaker.aws/import/github/aws-samples/aws-machine-learning-university-accelerated-tab/blob/master/MLU-MAIN.ipynb)

If we click "Natural Language Processing", it does not open the page.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to [Machine Learning University](https://studiolab.sagemaker.aws/import/github/aws-samples/aws-machine-learning-university-accelerated-tab/blob/master/MLU-MAIN.ipynb)
2. Click on "Natural Language Processing"
3. The link does not open the window.

**Expected behavior**
The link should open the linked page.
