lambda_helper Lambda class does not support update_function_configuration

The [update method](https://github.com/aws/sagemaker-python-sdk/blob/6d974cf32a82730fc35e1cbf2c213c93fae272a7/src/sagemaker/lambda_helper.py#L132) of the Lambda class that provides boto3 wrappers currently only supports `lambda_client.update_function_code`

Is it possible to add support for `lambda_client.update_function_configuration` so that it would be easier to update the lambda configuration using the Lambda class (Timeout, Memory, etc.)
