MLFlow warning when using `sagemaker-mlflow==0.2.0`

When training a model using pytorch lightning and mlflow, I get the following warning with when i use `sagemaker-mlflow==0.2.0`, but not with `sagemaker-mlflow==0.1.0`:
`2026/01/28 09:07:29 WARNING mlflow.tracking.request_header.registry: Encountered unexpected error during resolving request headers: list index out of range`
I use `mlflow==3.8.1`.
If you need more info lmk, not sure what to provide for this bug.

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the warning with sagemaker-mlflow 0.2.0 and mlflow 3.8.1, compare it with 0.1.0, and use the reported request-header resolution error to locate the affected integration; done means the warning no longer appears under the reported setup.
