Feature Request - To limit instance types by project and show the region instance cost per hour in the list

It is seen that the current implementation only allows for the available instance types to be set for the environment as a whole. Looking for a way to:
1. Limit instance types by project to ensure that inappropriate options can’t be selected.
For example, users searching by “vCPU:” and selecting GPU instances (accelerated compute is appropriate, but not all).
2. To show the region instance cost per hour in the list as this would be useful.
