Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
This is related with the [bug 59](https://github.com/aws/res/issues/59). In summary, the Hibernation option is enabled only for Windows and not for other operating systems that support it.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
The Launch New Virtual Desktop should has the hibernation option enable for all OS by default and not only for Windows, as it is in the AWS console when we create an EC2 instance. So, the admin can choose if the manchine can hibernate or not.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
A general option where you can choose if all the deployable machines can be hibernated or not.
**Additional context**
