Support restricting copy / paste and file upload / download at a Project level

We currently enable users to copy / paste from remote sessions and use the file upload and download feature via File Browser. We have a new use case which requires tighter permissions where we need to prevent these users from performing these actions. Is it possible to restrict them at a project level?

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Ability to set the "Desktop Permissions" under "Environment Boundaries" at a project level.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Creating a new environment of RES for these projects with tighter controls. We would like to avoid the cost and overhead of supporting another environment
