[BUG] Custom schedule slider indicates 00:00pm instead of 12:00pm

Description

**Describe the bug**

The custom schedule UI uses am/pm but midday is indicated as 00:00pm

**Steps to reproduce**

Move sliders of schedule to midday

**Expected behavior**

It should show 12:00pm (or even better use 24h clock for slider)

**Actual behavior**

Shows 00:00pm
